First we baked & frosted a coconut cake & toasted the coconut & almonds in the oven
The fun part Hope's favorite mix the cake up 
Then roll into balls & in the coconut/almond mix stick in the refrigerator
Did not get pictures of the next part but we dipped the balls into white chocolate almond bark & sprinkled with the coconut/ almond mix & very important step gave them to Ryan's Grandmother.
Hope & I made snow ice cream & coconut cake balls when we were stuck inside. I don't like to brag much but these cake balls were so yummy I had to give them all away or I would have ended up looking like one.
