Trick or Treat

Hope and Daddy fighting for the good candy.

Happy Halloween (GO COWBOYS)

It looks like we live at Gymboree and to be honest I think we do sometimes. Hope knows that place as well as her home or the Neiman Marcus (LOL).

Pumpkin Patch

Everyday with Hope is so special she always seem to amaze me at what she can do and how fast she learns new things. She climbed up and went down this huge slide over 15 times bounce in the pumpkin bounce house with older kids and found her way out of the corn maze without getting scared (it took her less then 5 minutes). I tried to get a picture of her in the maze you can see her pigtails as she wonders around looking for a way out. I had to include the picture of her at the end because I was so proud I thought I would end up having to go in and help her out. She thought the hay ride was a little slow but it was a great break for Mom.

Boo @ the Zoo

I talked Ryan into getting off work early so we could go to Boo @ the Zoo as a family. Hope had a great time playing the games and looking at all the kids dressed up, she thinks the scary costumes are so funny.

Halloween @ Gymboree

Hope and her teacher at Gymboree, they had a little Halloween party today. Hope did not want to wear her poodle or Cowboy Cheerleader outfit so we went as a butterfly. We will see what I get her in on Friday.

Shopping-vs-Gymnastics

Hope and I went to a gymnastics class and Hope wanted to shop instead of play. I think Ryan in going to be in trouble because Hope may likes to shop more then me. Once I pulled her away from the bows and leotards she had a great time. I love this picture of her on the beam because she looks a little unsure of herself with Hope usually in not.

Bye-Bye

Hope has to push the button on the elevator and I am right behind her with some clean well. One last picture at the hotel and we are ready to go home and rest. Hope is picking some more flowers this time a bird of paradise.

Our Hotel

We stayed at the Marriott Mission Valley, great location 10 minutes from everything we did. This is the view from our balcony.

Family Pictures

A few picture on the beach we tried this at a bad time Hope was hungry and the sun was in our eyes.

Sea World

Another must when going to San Diego. We enjoyed the shows and Hope liked the people dressed up fish. We did take her on on ride/show Elmo 4-D film, lots she loved it and so did I.

The fastest Carousel

I almost didn't take Hope on this because it goes so fast but she was laughting the whole ride.

San Diego Zoo

A quick picture before the zoo, Hope modeling her giraffe outfit and helping the landscapers with some flower picking.
The rides Hope has to get on every one and now she is not happy just getting on the have to do something so Mommy has to make sure she always has change. The End! Hope was ready for a nap she was out before we were done.

We could not go to San Diego without going to the zoo.

Jimmy Buffett

At the hotel before the concert, I love trying to find the perfect outfit for Hope to wear.
McDermott family tailgating before the concert, fish tacos, beer and margaritas yummy!
Hope with Grandpa Mac's parrot hat.

As you can tell by all the diddy's (Hope language) and glow sticks Hope was hit with all the Buffett fans. She was dancing on the lawn during the concert. The girls left early and let the boys stay and finish up the concert. I put Hope glow in the dark PJ's on under her outfit so she could go right to sleep, it was a long night for all of us.
